Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cross & Co. Here's what to expect once you've ordered.

Processing
Every order is packed within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–3 weeks depending on your location. Tracking can take 24–72 hours after dispatch to start showing movement.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order unless shown otherwise at checkout.

Check your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update it within 12 hours of your order, before it's packed. We can't redirect parcels once they've shipped, and we aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost, stolen or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived 4 weeks after dispatch, email crossandcohelp@outlook.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find the parcel, please check with neighbours, your building reception and any safe places first, then contact the carrier with your tracking number. If it still hasn't turned up within 3 days, email us and we'll help.

Orders with shipping protection
If you added shipping protection, we'll replace your order free of charge if it's lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Just email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number.

EU customers
Under EU law, the risk of loss passes to you only when you, or someone you nominate, physically receive the goods. If a parcel is lost before it reaches you, we'll replace it or refund it, whether or not you added shipping protection.

Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the country they're sent from may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are paid by the customer. If you refuse to pay them and the parcel is returned to us, we'll refund the cap minus the return shipping and any fees we're charged.
