1. Agreement to terms
By using the Cross & Co. website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms apply to everyone who visits or buys from the site.

2. About us
Cross & Co. is an online store selling embroidered Christian streetwear caps. "We", "us" and "our" mean Cross & Co., operated by [LEGAL NAME / ADDRESS].

We do our best to show our caps accurately, including colours and details. Screens vary, so colours may look slightly different in person. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue items.

Prices are shown at checkout. If a price is listed incorrectly, we'll contact you and let you choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

7. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. You'll receive an order confirmation email, and the contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, and will refund you in full if we do. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

8. Taxes and duties
Prices may include VAT or other taxes depending on where you are. Customs duties or import fees for international orders are paid by the customer.

9. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and are explained in our Shipping Policy. For EU consumers, risk passes to you when the order is delivered to you.

10. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Optional add-ons such as shipping protection, gift packaging and mystery add-ons are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee for faulty goods.

11. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, designs and graphics, belongs to Cross & Co. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

12. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, give false or fraudulent information, try to access our systems without permission, interfere with the site, scrape or copy our content, or send spam. We may restrict access for anyone who breaks these rules.

13. Disclaimer
The website is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. This doesn't limit any rights you have by law regarding the products you buy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.

17. Severability
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
